General Provisions
- The Terms of Service define the principles of operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of Service Users and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
- The subject of the Service Provider’s services is providing free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Users to access content in the form of posts, articles and audiovisual materials or web applications and electronic forms.
- Any potential content, articles and information containing characteristics of guidance or advice published on the Service are merely a general collection of information and are not directed to individual Service Users. The Service Provider bears no responsibility for their use by Service Users.

Terms of Service Use
- Use of the Service by each Service User is free of charge and voluntary.
- Service Users are obligated to familiarize themselves with the Terms of Service and other documents that constitute its integral part and must accept all of its provisions in order to continue using the Service.
- Service Users may not use any personal data obtained in the Service for marketing purposes.

- without written consent, attempts to detect security vulnerabilities in the Service and server configuration,
- attempting to upload or inject into the server and database code, scripts and software that could damage the Service software, other Service Users or the Service Provider,
- attempting to upload or inject into the server and database code, scripts and software that could track or steal data of Service Users or the Service Provider,
- undertaking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service or preventing the realization of the purpose for which the Service operates.
- In case of detection of occurrence or potential possibility of occurrence of a Cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Service Users should first report this fact to the Service Provider in order to quickly remove the problem/threat and secure the interests of all Service Users of the Service.
Terms of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service
- The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Users to interact with the Service in the form of:

Collection of Data About Service Users
In order to properly provide services through the Service, secure the legal interest of the Service Provider and to ensure compliance of the Service’s operation with applicable law, the Service Provider collects and processes some data about Users through the Service.
In order to properly provide services, the Service uses and saves some anonymous information about the Service User in cookie files.
The scope, purposes, method and principles of data processing are available in the appendices to the Terms of Service: “Privacy Policy“, which constitute an integral part of the Terms of Service.

Copyright
- The Service Provider is the owner of the Service and copyrights to the service.
- Part of the data published in the Service is protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions and third parties, not connected in any way with the Service Provider, and is used based on obtained licenses or based on free licenses.
- Based on the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright law, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form and store in search systems, excluding Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook and LinkedIn search engines, any articles, descriptions, photos and all other content, graphic materials, video or audio found in the Service without written consent or consent transmitted via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
- In accordance with the Act of February 4, 1994 on copyright law, simple press information is not subject to protection, understood as information itself, without commentary and evaluation by its author. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts published in the service, but not copying the whole or parts of articles unless this has been marked in individual material made available in the Service.
Changes to the Terms of Service
- All provisions of the Terms of Service may be unilaterally changed by the Service Provider at any time, without giving reasons.
- Changes to the Terms of Service come into effect immediately upon their publication.
- It is considered that every Service User who continues to use the Service after changes to the Terms of Service accepts it in its entirety.
Final Provisions
- The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the Service’s services are offered continuously. However, it bears no responsibility for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by Service Users, third parties or the activity of external automatic programs.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to change any information placed in the Service at a time chosen by the Service Provider, without the need for prior notification of Service Users using the Service’s services.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely or partially disable the Service in order to improve it, add services or perform maintenance, without prior notice to Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to Service Users.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in part or in whole all of its rights and obligations related to the Service, without consent and the possibility of expressing any objections by Service Users.
